Chopper is a young male pitbull. He walks sideways because of neurological damage from distemper, which he survived as a puppy. He is a happy boy who loves to give kisses and hugs. He needs a home where he will get plenty of exercise. When bored, Chopper will eat his bed and bedding. He is currently recovering from his second abdominal surgery. Hi! I do NOT understand why someone as good looking as me is still here. Even though I'm older, YOU'LL never know. I love to go for long walks - I'm pretty much up for anything. If you scratch the base of my tail, I'll start thumping my hind leg on the ground - people seem to think it's funny!

She's wrapped her big warm paws around every heart at the shelter and has one very special volunteer who works with her every day, We are looking for a dog free home, or one with just one other very calm, low key companion.
